Thanks for making the Los Angeles Storytelling Festival a success! | |||
There will be no Los Angeles Storytelling Festival in 2011. We're taking a creative sabbatical and will return in 2012. |
|
Join the celebration at the Los Angeles Storytelling Festival.
Many wonderful storytellers share their diverse lives and traditions face to face, heart to heart.
An ancient art steps into the modern world with performances that span the traditional to the contemporary. The air fills with sacred myths and outrageous lies, folk tales and personal experience, laughter and tears.
Concerts for adults, workshops that explore how storytelling fits into our lives and work, and story swaps where everyone gets a chance to tell.
Join us for the whole day, or stop by for a single event.

"Stories reconnect us to experiences and feelings we all share. And with our many modern storytellers, we see those experiences in a great variety of perspectives and styles. We really do share our lives in stories." - Leslie Perry |
